Optimization Process
System Health Audit
Upon customer request, a qualified Zeco Service Technician conducts a comprehensive Health Audit of the AHU. This includes evaluating system performance, energy consumption, and component condition.
Recommendations & Proposal
Based on the audit findings, we provide detailed recommendations for performance improvement. If the customer agrees to proceed, a commercial offer is submitted outlining: Scope of work, Expected performance gains, Cost-saving benefits
Retrofit & Upgrade Execution
Once commercial formalities are completed, Zeco executes the retrofit or upgrade using high-quality components and industry best practices.
Post-Upgrade Validation
After implementation, performance measurements are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the upgrade. A Performance Report is then shared with the customer, validating the proposed improvements and actual results achieved.
