The Double Inlet Double Width Forward/Backward curved Fans are statistically and dynamically balanced. The fans are driven by the IP55 Rated TEFC Motor with the provision of belt tensioning.
The Fan section shall be supplied with the Hinged Door, Inspection window and Marine Bulk Head Lamp as per the customer requirement.
The Fan and Motor Assembly are mounted on the GSS/MS Frame and the belt tension can be adjusted by the Motor frame.
To eliminate the vibration transmittance to the unit, the Fan and Motor Assembly is mounted on the Rubber / Spring isolators and the Fan mouth is connected with the Flexible Canvas.
Air Discharge can be supplied horizontal or vertical as per customer requirement.
AL / GI Volume Control Damper – Manual or Motorized Dampers shall be provided as an option, if required.
In case of Chemical Gas application, the Motor shall be supplied out of Airstream in order to protect the motor from the Chemical environment.
All the ventilation shall be supplied as Floor Mounted Unit as well as a Ceiling suspended Unit as per the site requirement.
Supply Ventilation Systems
Supply ventilation systems work by pressurizing the building. They use a fan to force outside air into the building while air leaks out of the building through holes in the shell, bath- and range-fan ducts, and intentional vents.
As with exhaust ventilation systems, supply ventilation systems are relatively simple and inexpensive to install. A typical system has a fan and duct system that introduces fresh air into usually one—but preferably several—rooms.
Supply ventilation systems allow better control of the air that enters the house than do exhaust ventilation systems. By pressurizing the house, these systems discourage the entry of pollutants from outside and prevent backdrafting of combustion gases from fireplaces and appliances. They also allow air introduced into the house to be filtered to remove pollen and dust or to be dehumidified.
Exhaust Ventilation Systems
Exhaust ventilation systems work by depressurizing the building. By reducing the inside air pressure below the outdoor air pressure, they extract indoor air from a workplace while make-up air infiltrates through leaks in the building shell and through intentional, passive vents.
Exhaust ventilation systems are relatively simple and inexpensive to install. Typically, an exhaust ventilation system is composed of a single fan connected to a centrally located, single exhaust point in the workplace. A preferable option is to connect the fan to ducts from several rooms (especially rooms where pollutants tend to be generated, such as bathrooms).

We produce an Ecology Unit or Dry Scrubber and Wet Scrubber to eliminate contaminants before discharging waste air stream. In Dry Air Scrubber, the air is passed through a series of filters, including an electrostatic precipitator, which segregate oils, greases & other particulates from the air. These pollutants are collected in the ESP and discharged through the drain. The wet air scrubber used a series of spray nozzles to direct water droplets over and through the waste stream. The contaminants are captured in water droplets and carried down to the bottom of the scrubber for discharge.
