Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding HVAC products, services, and technical issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Offer technical assistance to customers with HVAC-related concerns, including troubleshooting and providing guidance on system operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and warranties to customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Generate reports on common customer queries and feedback to improve overall service quality.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide insights to improve product design or service offerings based on customer feedback.
- Stay informed about changes in HVAC technologies and attend training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.
- Train new team members on product knowledge, customer service standards, and query resolution procedures.
Experience and Skills required:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC service and maintenance.

Language Skills required:
- Fluency in Hindi, English and local language
