Step-by-Step Assembly Process
Customer Intimation
Once the customer is ready to initiate the unit assembly, they are requested to inform their designated Zeco Sales Representative.
Pre-Assembly Checklist
Upon receiving the intimation, our Service Team coordinates with the customer to conduct a Pre-Assembly Checklist. This checklist is reviewed and confirmed by the customer to ensure all prerequisites are met and potential challenges are addressed in advance.
On-Site Assembly Execution
The Zeco Assembly Team visits the customer site to carry out the system assembly. Our trained professionals ensure that the unit is assembled as per design specifications and quality standards.
Completion Report
After successful assembly, an Assembly Completion Report is prepared and shared with the customer, marking the formal closure of the assembly process.
