Description of Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities for HVAC system including Humidification/Dehumidification solutions as well as VRF/VRV chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ducted systems.
- Build strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and facility managers.
- Prepare and deliver accurate technical-commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations in line with customer requirements and project specifications.
- Conduct site visits and technical discussions to assess client needs and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal design, service, and project execution teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical compliance.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s HVAC division.
- Mentor junior sales engineers and support team development.
Experience and Skills required:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in HVAC sales.
