Description of Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC sector (residential, commercial, and industrial segments).
- Engage with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users to promote HVAC solutions and Humidification/Dehumidification
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and meetings to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads to close sales.
- Collaborate with design and service teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Experience and Skills required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in technical sales or business development in the HVAC industry.
- Understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and design principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Language Skills required:
- Fluency in Hindi, English and local language
Academic Background:
- B.Tech in Mechanical / B.E Mechanical / Diploma
