Sales Engineer

Description of Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC sector (residential, commercial, and industrial segments).
  • Engage with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users to promote HVAC solutions and Humidification/Dehumidification
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and meetings to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads to close sales.
  • Collaborate with design and service teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Experience and Skills required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical sales or business development in the HVAC industry.
  • Understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and design principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Language Skills required:

  • Fluency in Hindi, English and local language

Academic Background:

  • B.Tech in Mechanical / B.E Mechanical / Diploma
