Description of Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including Humidification/Dehumidification solutions & chillers, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs, ducted systems, etc.)
• Conduct site inspections and diagnostics to identify system faults and provide prompt, efficient solutions.
• Oversee system commissioning, testing, and balancing in accordance with project specifications.
• Lead and mentor junior service engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate with the design and sales teams to resolve technical issues and support project execution.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing technical support and building strong service relationships.
• Manage service contracts and client schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance.

Experience and Skills required:

• 1-3 years in HVAC – Humidification/Dehumidification Solutions, Air conditioning, Air washers, Ducting, Pre – Insulated pipes.
• Customer relationships, business development and sales.

Language Skills required:

• Fluency in Hindi, English and local language

Academic Background:

• B.Tech in Mechanical / B.E Mechanical / Diploma
• Years of experience, 1 -3
